Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees for goods and services that cannot be excluded: acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match description. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Major failure: refund or replacement available.
Minor failure: repair may be offered first.
Proof of purchase helps speed resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy complements ACL guarantees. For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 14 days in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

Faulty items: contact us promptly for a remedy. We will assess and advise repair, replacement or refund per ACL guidelines.
